Our Doctrinal Statement
We believe:
1. The Bible: The Holy Scriptures are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, and are the ultimate authority in all matters of faith and practice.
2. The Trinity: There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. Jesus Christ: Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human, who lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and was raised from the dead on the third day.
4. Salvation: Salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, and is available to all people.
5. The Church: The Church is the body of Christ, composed of all believers, and is responsible for spreading the Gospel and making disciples.
6. The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, who convicts us of sin, indwells us at salvation, and empowers us for service.
7. Eternal Life: We believe in the resurrection of the dead, eternal life for believers, and eternal punishment for unbelievers.
8. Baptism and Communion: We practice believer's baptism by immersion and observe the Lord's Supper (Communion) as a remembrance of Christ's sacrifice.
